Fruit Fruit Mouth Mouth is the juiciest show in Fringe!

Innocent young maidens, mischievous goblins, and every single fruit from the St. Lawrence Market will grace Factory Theatre’s MainStage this July! Follow Laura and Lizzie’s sticky journey as they gorge on delicious goblin fruit and discover their hidden sexuality. Fruit Fruit Mouth Mouth has it all: lesbians, goblin puppets, and a kiddy pool full of fruit juice.

Fruit Fruit Mouth Mouth is the debut production of new theatre company Illume Collective. This adaptation of Christina Rossetti’s The Goblin Market is a ridiculous, sexy, and intense production. Protagonist’s Laura and Lizzie are faced with their deep sexual desires and must decide: will I taste of the goblin fruit?

Illume Collective is a new company full of talented young artists excited to debut their first production at The Toronto Fringe. Illume’s Philip Turkiewicz recently wrote and directed I Was Once on Fire, produced by Little Black Afro’s Emerging Artist Project. It ran at The Storefront Theatre to rave audience reviews: “Molly Thomas’ performance of Gray was haunting and heartbreaking. […] Philip’s direction is poetically excellent, physical, and loud.”

Fruit Fruit Mouth Mouth tastes so good you’ll never get it out of your head.

Illume Collective in association with The Toronto Fringe Festival presents Fruit Fruit Mouth Mouth.
