Fringe for Free! Toronto Fringe Ticket Giveaways for Shows on Sunday, July 3rd

Fringe For Free GraphicHappy Canada Day, Toronto! Between Pride, Fringe and a public holiday, we at Mooney on Theatre are super stoked for this weekend: we might even get to see the sun between reviews! And, say, have you made it to the Fringe Club yet? You should go!

But we’re here for business: five productions which have agreed to raffle off a pair of tickets for Sunday, July 3rd. Click the jump to find out what we have on-tap!

Contest Rules
To enter, send an email to contests@mooneyontheatre.com. Please put the show’s title in the subject line, and ensure we have your full name in the body. (We promise that your email address will not be used for any other purpose: it will not be added to any mailing lists, sold to third parties, or anything like that.)

  • Each email counts as a single entry. If you want to enter all 5 contests, you must send 5 emails.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and are only for the date and time indicated below. Tickets may not be exchanged. Please ensure you can attend the performance listed.
  • All entries must be received by 7 PM on the day before the performance. The drawing will be held shortly after closing, and winners will be informed immediately. Winners are required to confirm their attendance by 10 AM on the morning of the performance.
  • Tickets will be held in your name at the venue box office, available 1 hour before the performance. Tickets will only be held until 15 minutes before curtain: any comps left unclaimed at that juncture may be sold.

Four strangers as diverse as Toronto itself held hostage with only each other for survival. Come join us for our dramatic, engaging and suspenseful character-driven play. The intensity of the situation triggers funny, explosive, thoughtful and heart-warming interactions that will speak to people everywhere.

What happens when a misunderstood, football-obsessed teenage boy meets an intelligent, caring teenage girl? It’s textbook stuff: they fall in love, they get married, and they resent each other. Zoey and Jake have been together since high school. In the aftermath of a traumatic event, Zoey struggles to have a baby while dealing with the one she married.
