Come From Away by Irene Sankoff and David Hein (Mirvish). Newfoundlanders open their homes to stranded passengers following the September 11 terrorist attacks. The King And I. Ambassador Theatre Group/NETworks Presentations presents the Lincoln Center Theater Production of the Rodgers & Hammerstein’s musical about the unconventional and tempestuous relationship between a British schoolteacher and the king of Siam. Rosalynde (or, As You Like It). Driftwood Theatre presents an updated version of William Shakespeare’s play as part of the Bard’s Bus Tour. This Prohibition-era comedy features love, whiskey and puppets in a story about self-discovery, identity and carving your own path. Canadian Stage Shakespeare In High Park: A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Canadian Stage and the York University Dept of Theatre present the outdoor theatre in the park, now in its 36th season. The show provides a platform to diverse voices within the comedy community and a place to be seen, heard, and share dialogue with audiences.
