AUTHORS AT HARBOURFRONT CENTRE HOSTS MARGARET ATWOOD’S FIRST TORONTO APPEARANCE FOR HER HIGHLY ANTICIPATED NEW NOVEL
Authors at Harbourfront Centre (AUTHORS) is proud to announce world-renowned author Margaret Atwood in a special event celebrating her highly anticipated new novel, The Year of the Flood.
In her first Toronto appearance to introduce her new work, Atwood uses the historical Cathedral Church of St. James (65 Church Street) to set the mood for a dramatic reading with music; directed by Canadian theatre director and playwright Alisa Palmer.
This event takes place on September 24, 2009 at 7:30pm. Tickets are $10. Proceeds from this event support Nature Canada, and books will be available for purchase through Ben McNally Books.
