This week the theatre scene is dominated by the Summerworks Performance Festival, which is a great place to start for affordable theatre: they offer 15-dollar tickets to a large array of shows, with some events for free! In case you’re looking beyond Summerworks this week, though, we also have some great and budget-friendly picks from other companies! Summerworks Performance Festival. Driftwood Theatre’s presents the annual Bard’s Bus Tour, featuring Shakespeare’s comedy performed under the stars at various venues in Toronto and in towns around southern Ontario.
