Last weekend Mooney on Theatre was a flurry of activity talking about The Next Stage Festival virtual festival Community Booster. The live aspects may have finished, but you still have today and tomorrow to watch and listen to the performances and participate in the self-care stream.
As I mentioned when we re-launched, Mooney on Theatre is doing some self-care of its own in the way we are moving forward. So, with our pared-down coverage, we weren’t able to come close to reviewing everything for this festival.
But there are short reviews of all the Audio Offerings pieces here, and the reviews of the Story Telling pieces can give you a sense of the range of work, along with the reviews of the Theatre Shorts.
These are not individually ticketed events, if you want to see one great story, you get to see all the stories and maybe surprise yourself! The same thing goes for all streams. You can access the four streams individually or buy a pass that accesses all of them.
So, spend some time inside this weekend enjoying some art!
