Entering the space for Sleepless Nights I was greeted by a cold, uneasy sight. Four young girls laying on the ground in darkness, eerie music playing loudly and a man walking in circles at the back of the stage. This play is produced by Paprika Creators Unit and is playing at the Toronto Fringe Festival.
Roommate Agreements is an improv comedy show produced by Flux in a Box that is playing at the Toronto Fringe Festival. In theory, the show is supposed to feature household stories performed by actual roommates; the show I saw had none of that. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed it.
Despite what the cover photo may lead you to believe, MEANT is a comedy musical that follows two new parents as they find out that the Fates have made a huge mistake in planning their lives. MEANT is produced by Under Pressure Productions and is playing at the Toronto Fringe Festival.
