If you need some help deciding what to see this wee, our Assistant Editor Jess is on hand with a few of her top picks in red. Check them out below the cut:
Only a few days left of the Toronto Fringe Festival! As the days dwindle, we still have some raves of fabulous shows left to highlight from our extensive list of reviews of every show in the festival. Which shows are you going to prioritize in the next few days? Hopefully we can help, as today’s rave feature Canadian fairy tales, intergalactic hippos, and spirit-rapping!
By the time we get into the second week of the Toronto Fringe Festival I’m always stunned by how fast time moves. By the time you are reading this most shows will only have two or three performances left. How can that even be?!?
Well, to help you decide what to see, every day we’re featuring three of our rave reviews from our long list of the reviews of each show. And today is no different. Keep reading to see what we have picked out for you today.
This past weekend Mooney on Theatre sent its dedicated team of 30 writers and editors to cover every single show in this year’s Toronto Fringe Festival! With the sheer number of options available at the festival, picking the ones you want to see can be a daunting task.
If you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed by the number of shows and you’re looking for a place to start, we’ve asked our staff to tell us about their favourite shows they’ve seen at this year’s festival. We hope our staff picks can help you navigate the Fringe.
If you’ve seen something you think is amazing that you think others should go see please let us know by leaving a comment.
And don’t forget to check out our complete list of Fringe reviews, and our Fringe Buzz features, including our new daily summary of Rave Reviews!
